Red Nose Day – Friday 21st March

Comic -Relief – Friday 21st March

Dear Parent/Guardian,

To take part in Comic Relief this year, we will be having a wear red and/or your red nose day on Friday 21st March. Children can choose to either wear their normal uniform and a red nose or dress in something red, to show their support.

All children may make a voluntary contribution of up to £1 via their parent pay account – no cash please.

The money raised will help people who are facing the toughest times of their lives. Comic Relief supports incredible projects and organisations that are making a difference for people across the UK and around the world. Re-Rooted tells seven stories of seven individuals and how they rebuilt their lives in here the UK. https://www.comicrelief.com/what-your-money-does/re-rooted-refugees/

In school children will learn about the many worthy causes being helped and take part in red nose themed games at playtimes – these will be run by our young sports leaders, including games such as red nose hopscotch and red nose hockey!

Yours sincerely,

Mr Campbell
