Friday 24th October: Break up for half-term holiday and return on Monday 3rd November at 8.30am
Dear Parents/Carers,
I would like to thank you for all your support with uniform, attendance, getting to school on time and in the bigger things like supporting with reading. Our pupils are a delight to teach because of their positive attitudes and their focus in lessons. We really do work as a big team with excellent relationships between parents, pupils and teachers. All the support you give helps to make our school a positive and great place to learn. Thank you for all you do!
- Thank you for your support for St George’s Crypt: All the gifts were very gratefully received.
- Thank you for encouraging the Holiday Challenge
- Thank you for all your help with reading homework.
I would like to thank our staff for generously giving up their time for the residential visits to Castleton in Year 5 and 6. This work is voluntary beyond the school day. The trips were very successful and enjoyed by all the children.
Clubs have got off to a good start and there is much excitement about the drama production, ‘Viking Thunder.’
