Dear Parents/Carers,
Summer Fair: Thank you to those who attended the Summer Fair Meeting today. We need everybody to help and ask you to send into school your unwanted items that we can sell to raise money for our school. The money is used to supplement trips and visit costs, musical instruments, sport strips and much more. You can help by serving on a stall with school staff (hand your name into the office) You can help by sending a bag of unwanted and used or pre-loved items to sell:
Toys, Books, Games, Plants, bric-a-brac (ornaments), Jewellery , Cakes on the day.
There will be a raffle which will be on sale before school in the playground – 5 tickets for a pound. Our Acting FAB (Friends At Beecroft) Chairperson is Jo Spellman. The Summer Fair is on Thursday 19 June 3.15-4.30.
Please support our school on a stall – help needed all day 19 June. Thankyou!
Clubs: Drama has now finished for the year and will re-start in September. DT club has also finished for the year. Mr Russell, (DT club and teaching) who is 74 years – old, and has been coming into Beecroft on a largely voluntary basis is cutting down his commitments so we now need to plan ahead.
All clubs (apart from After School Club) will finish on Friday 4th July. There will not be an After School Club on the last day of term Tuesday 22 July.
Parking On Sandford Road: Permit Parking only – no parking. Please park on Argie Avenue (top of steps, walk to school ,or park in Milford Club car park. Thank you for your support.

Break up for summer on Tuesday 22 July and Return To School on Monday 8th September (Training days 1-5th September 2025)
