Dear Parents/Carers,
This is a very busy part of the term – we have the last prospective parents open morning tomorrow 3 December 9-11am (Not for our parents on this occasion.)
We will then be setting out the stage for our Winter Concert Viking Thunder. (Thank you for the help with learning lines at home) The tickets for each family are 2 in the first instance – for parents. The tickets cannot be given to groups of past pupils to sit separately on their own. Any older child will need to sit with their own parent and cannot attend on their own. The concert lasts approx 45 minutes to an hour. (Start 6pm) All Key Stage 2 are in the performance and singers can wear cultural clothes, wedding clothes or smart home clothes. (e.g. shirts, ties, dresses, waistcoats, wedding outfits and celebration clothing) The staff have been busy sewing the costumes for the actors, in their own time.
Other dates to the end of term:
Wednesday 3rd December: Open Morning 9-11am (Prospective parents choosing Reception 2026 not our parents)
Thursday 11 December: Key Stage 2 Winter Concert ‘Viking Thunder,’ 2pm and 6pm
Thursday 18th December: Reception Class Nativity and Winter parties in the afternoon. (Christmas jumpers or cultural clothes)
Break up: Friday 19th December until Monday 5th January 2026
