As part of our commitment to your child’s mental health and wellbeing, we take part and celebrate Children’s Mental Heath Week each year. This year it takes place on 3rd February- 9th February 2025. This year’s theme is ‘know yourself, grow yourself.’

Nursery pupils are very excited to be taking part in the RSPB Big School Bird Watch 2025. The pupils will be sitting quietly, using their observational skills and identifying the birds that they see. The children will use their maths skills to count the birds and develop their vocabulary to describe them.
Uniform Sale
On Thursday 23rd January at 3.15pm we will be holding a uniform sale in the little playground, near the Key Stage One classrooms. You will have to opportunity to purchase nearly new uniform that is in a good condition for £1.00 per item.

Free school meals can help your child to stay healthy so that they can grow, learn and play! Each day we make sure they provide the right balance of nutrients so children are ready to learn in the classroom.

What a relief to come to school without snow! Thank you again for your cooperation. School is back to our normal 8.30am start for everybody.

Dear Parent/Carer,
What a week! Thank you so much for your cooperation and support in this week of extremely low temperatures, snow and ice.
As temperatures are set to be -9 degrees overnight today we are giving the option again tomorrow and Friday for an 8.30-10am start time to allow safe travel when side roads are still extremely hazardous.

Morning Start Time: Tuesday 7th January start 8.30 am and in by 10am (same as 6th January).
Dear Parents/Carers,
Thank you for getting your children into school on this very cold and bleak January start to the new term. Tomorrow (7th Jan) will be an extended start time from 8.30 to 10am so that all our children can get into school safely. Hopefully, by Wednesday school will be back to normal.
