June Turner, Headteacher of Beecroft Primary School, congratulated all the school at Friday’s Family Assembly, for the tremendous amount of £4012.80, raised for books in the new library. This reflects massive support from parents and Friends of Beecroft.

It has been an extremely busy and productive half term. Our school is featured in the Yorkshire Evening Post tonight as we held a special musical assembly for Gail Webb the retiring director of learning at Leeds City Council. We presented her with a felt made by our pupils. Continue reading

Sponsored Walk in aid of the Library
We are planning on holding a sponsored walk on the morning of Thursday 2nd April. All proceeds from this event will be used to improve the school library, which will help all children within the school. Continue reading

Well done to parents and pupils who have participated in the half-term reading challenge. Certificates and rewards will be presented on Friday 13 March 2015.
