Morning Start Time:    Tuesday 7^th January start 8.30 am and in by 10am   (same as 6^th January).

Thank you for getting your children into school on this very cold and bleak January start to the new term. Tomorrow (7th Jan) will be an extended start time from 8.30 to 10am so that all our children can get into school safely. Hopefully, by Wednesday school will be back to normal.

Thank you to all the 200 parents/carers who took time out of your busy schedules to join us for lunch today. I enjoyed all our conversations and appreciated all your positive comments about the lunch and school in general. THANK YOU. The Family Lunch is very popular – we will plan another for February 2025.

Dear Parents/Carers,

It was lovely to see everyone at our Open Evening and Open Morning this week. We have welcomed past pupils who are always delighted to be back at Beecroft and want to chat and share their experiences. They remember Beecroft as a very happy time. Thank you for telling us all your news! Visiting parents loved the music, the arts, our museums, Black History Month and most of all our confident, enthusiastic and articulate pupils who showed them round.

Remembrance Day

Poppies/bands/poppy zip tags/slap bands will be on sale at playtime; if children wish to purchase any please send them with no more than £2 (it is just a donation).

Dear Parents/Carers,

What a wonderful Harvest Festival on Wednesday! Pupils thoroughly enjoyed it and your support – the hall was full – once again brought all our community together.  We are a strong community team and working together for the children in our care is what we do best. All the generous harvest gifts have gone to St George’s Crypt. Thank you so much.

Beecroft FC – Half Term 1

It has been a busy start to the football season with Beecroft competing on 3 different fronts:

• U11 Boys Central League  (9aside)  –  Coach : Mr Campbell
• U10 Boys  Western League  (7aside) – Coach : Mr Campbell
• U10/11 Girls   Merit Table  (7aside) – Coaches : Mrs Chapman/ Mrs Farthing-Kaye       
  

U11 Boys    – Monday 7^th October – vs Swinnow Academy

After their record-breaking season, Beecroft U11s is a new-look team, with only 2 squad of last season’s squad members remaining.  But with some new signinings, many playing their first ever competitive match, Beecroft travelled away to Swinnow Academy feeling optimistic.

A very warm welcome back to the new school year. Welcome to all our new families joining Beecroft for the first time. We hope that you quickly become part of our Beecroft Family and that you are happy and successful. We have had a very good start to the school year so far.
