Headteacher’s Letter 21st May 2020

Dear Parents/ Carers,

Thank you pupils for all your beautiful ‘beautiful’ challenges. Look out for the video and if you are returning to school bring the challenges in. We look forward to seeing those who have chosen to return to school on 3 June. The following is a reminder of key information.

. Start time 8.30 – 9.00

. Finish time 3-3.30 ( Nursery normal times)

.Year 6 enter from front car park through After School Club ( Can leave independently with parent permission) straight into the usual classrooms.

. Year 1 enter down playground ramp and straight into classroom.

. Year R enter down ramp and into large playground and staff will collect.

. Please wear school uniform ( including those still remaining in the key worker care.)

. PE kit needed every day

. All bring packed lunch and drink. ( Vouchers given not free school meals)

. Asthma inhalers if required.

Please can one parent only accompany children to school. Parents must not come into school neither into classrooms or the front reception offices. Please ring, email or send a letter with your child.

As explained we have put much work into minimising risk through small class groups and zoning the school but want children to enjoy meeting their friends in their own year group during breaks and lunchtimes. We want some normality for them.

School is closed from Friday 22 May and re-opens for all pupils including key worker on Wednesday 3 June.

Enjoy the break with its increased freedoms,

J Turner
