To take part in Comic Relief this year, we will be having a red nose day on Friday 15th March. Children should wear their normal uniform but may wear a red nose, if they wish, to show their support for the charity.
All children may bring in a voluntary contribution of up to £1 to support the cause.
The money raised will help people who are facing the toughest times of their lives. Comic Relief supports incredible projects and organisations that are making a difference for people across the UK and around the world. Re-Rooted tells seven stories of seven individuals and how they rebuilt their lives in here the UK. https://www.comicrelief.com/what-your-money-does/re-rooted-refugees/
In school children will learn about the many worthy causes being helped and take part in red nose themed games at playtimes – these will be run by our young sports leaders, including games such as red nose hopscotch and red nose hockey!
