We wish you peace, health and contentment at the start of a new decade.
Looking back, we have much to be proud of at Beecroft Primary School. Here is a list in no particular order which easily comes to mind.
- Our Winter Concerts – where pupils gain so much confidence, team work, enjoyment..

- Dedicated teachers and support who go above and beyond
- A beautiful and safe learning environment
- FAB (Friends At Beecroft) supporting with money raising and social events
- Dedicated and supportive governors who understand their roles and give encouragement
- Trips, visits, residentials. It is role worthy that there are residential visits in Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6
- Your support for reading, attendance and homework
- Achievements in reading, mathematics and writing – In 2019 Beecroft came third in Leeds
I met some of our Beecroft pupils now in their twenties and thirties during the holiday. They all talk fondly of our school. The list above was very much at the forefront of their minds.
A school like Beecroft Primary School, has to be cherished in our 21st Century world where schools, in the news, often receive harsh criticism.
Please continue to support us through supporting your child with their reading and in the importance of coming to school every day and on time (8.50am or 10 minutes to 9)
